Padel court cost: an honest guide
What drives the cost of a padel project, what else to budget for, and how buying factory direct typically saves around 30%.
What else affects the cost?
The court is the core of the budget, but every site is different. These are the main factors that change the total cost of a padel project:
- Court design. Standard, Panoramic and Super Panoramic courts differ in framing and glass.
- Number of courts. Multi-court projects make better use of delivery and installation time.
- Groundworks and base. Courts need a suitable level base. An existing slab or hardstanding may need less work than a greenfield site.
- Indoor or outdoor. Indoor courts depend on the building, clear height and floor. Outdoor courts may need drainage and, for some sites, a canopy. Compare indoor and outdoor.
- Lighting. LED floodlights are part of the standard specification. Some sites also have planning conditions on lighting.
- Planning and building control. We provide technical and safety documentation to support your application.
- Club fit-out. Balls, rental rackets, ball machines and booking setup. See club setup.
