Padel court cost: an honest guide

What drives the cost of a padel project, what else to budget for, and how buying factory direct typically saves around 30%.

Your total project

What else affects the cost?

The court is the core of the budget, but every site is different. These are the main factors that change the total cost of a padel project:

  • Court design. Standard, Panoramic and Super Panoramic courts differ in framing and glass.
  • Number of courts. Multi-court projects make better use of delivery and installation time.
  • Groundworks and base. Courts need a suitable level base. An existing slab or hardstanding may need less work than a greenfield site.
  • Indoor or outdoor. Indoor courts depend on the building, clear height and floor. Outdoor courts may need drainage and, for some sites, a canopy. Compare indoor and outdoor.
  • Lighting. LED floodlights are part of the standard specification. Some sites also have planning conditions on lighting.
  • Planning and building control. We provide technical and safety documentation to support your application.
  • Club fit-out. Balls, rental rackets, ball machines and booking setup. See club setup.
